The primary responsibilities are: * Participate in Quality Control and Process Improvement Activities; * Perform Personnel Action Request Processes; * Respond to customer requests for information; * Make Corrections to Personnel Data; * Maintain applicant/employee records in HRIS; * Input data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); * Interpretation of federal rules and regulations Qualifications and Education Requirements * 1-2 years directly related Human Resource experience including: -work interfacing with a federal payroll provider - producing and utilizing reports out of various HRIS to identify status of personnel actions and taking required actions based on data in reports * Demonstrated proficiency in customer service * Good oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Ability to handle shifting workloads and priorities timely and accurately Preferred Skills Associate's or bachelor's degree * HR administrative experience * Shared services experience Human Resources, HRIS, Shared Services, Personnel Data, Microsoft Office Suite
