JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager provides comprehensive management of the School-Based Mental Health program and ensures achievement of the overall programmatic goal. The position ensures that the program and services are in accord with best practice standards, contract and grant requirements, and Agency practices and procedures. Supervisory Responsibility: Provides administrative supervision of 3-5 FTEs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program in support of overall program goals and objectives. a. Work with staff to implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. b. Monitor program implementation in accordance with grant funding requirements. c. Conduct regular reviews for accountability and program performance. d. Participate in liaison activities with community partners. e. Oversee and/or coordinate the collection, compilation and analysis of program activity data; write and ensure the timely submission of all external and internal program reports. * Oversee supervision of staff, which includes recruiting, staffing, hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, training and professional development, and employee discipline; set standards for customer service; conduct regular staff meetings; communicate policies and procedures; and facilitate team dynamics. * Work with Senior Director to manage program budget and expenditures, ensuring that available funds and resources are used efficiently. * Establish and implement program development goals to ensure that resources are available to sustain the program. * Oversee and maintain quality program practices, ensuring compliance with best practice standards, contract grant requirements, and Agency practices and procedures. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: * Master's degree in Social Work. * Social Work license in the appropriate jurisdiction [LICSW- District of Columbia]. * 5 years of progressively responsible non-profit experience in program management. * 2 years of supervisory experience. SKILLS and COMPETENCIES: * Driving is required.
