Our client, a leading Association in the Sciences field, is seeking is a talented Communications Project Coordinator to add to their Membership team. Writing and editing communications and marketing collateral aimed at members and potential members Supporting newly created Cross Functional Task Force that supports internal stakeholders and board members to enhance membership options for potential members Coordinating and scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes and key notes and then distributing to key members post-meeting Tracking and updating various projects in Excel and in the Smartsheet software program Interfacing with outside marketing firms Collecting data and research on Membership initiatives, marketing projects,updates on progress etc and creating presentations in PowerPoint Qulaifications Bachelors degree plus 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience Strong marketing writing skills required - must be able to show writing samples Highly organized, proactive, critical thinker, strong written and verbal communication skills, curious, positive energy Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization and outside vendors
