Job DescriptionPosition Description: CGI Federal is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Mid-Level Business Analyst (Quality Assurance Specialist) for a large Federal Client. This individual will play a key role in driving increased levels of end user satisfaction and enhancing the end user experience. The position has excellent opportunities for growth, as the individual will be working with a highly technical and motivated client. Your future duties and responsibilities: Assist to test products and processes to establish functionality and effectiveness and to ensure finished product quality; verifies the products issues. Reviews, tracks and communicates information regarding process variations and quality control samples. Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans. Works with the Knowledge Management teams for Playbook Development and requirements gathering. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:BS - Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field4+ years of experience in a federal environmentKnowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QAQuality inspection, auditing and testing experience preferred Skills:Quality Assurance/QA StrategyTesting Environments What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
