Applications Software Technology LLC (AST) is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect , who is clever, curious and energized by solving problems and improving our customers' lives. You'll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to continuously deliver new and exciting innovations to our clients.What You'll DoDesign and deliver HCM Cloud Core HR functional architecture strategy, with leading practices during HCM transformationsHands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goalsApply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutionsLead testing and training programs during HCM Cloud transformationsLead or support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the HCM solutionProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to consultants, clients and team membersContribute ideals and developments to improving our dynamic internal market offeringsBuild and sustain trusted advisor relationship with clients, and shape our clients' business/ IT agenda.Facilitate knowledge transferWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, human resources or related field.Minimum of 5 years Cloud implementation experience with at least 2 years of hands on experience with 1 or more oracle cloud modules preferably Core HR or PayrollBusiness process expertise around human resourcesExcellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologiesDemonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) requiredAbility to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projectsCapable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed.Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Organized and detailed oriented.Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude.What We BringYou'll work alongside gifted Oracle professionals-the best in the business-and they love to collaborate and share ideas!
