WWC is searching for a SME/Financial Analyst for a potential opportunity in the National Capital Region. The SME/Financial Analyst will support the monitoring and reporting of program execution under the Security Cooperation Account managed by DSCA. Services will include, but are not limited to, programmatic and administrative support; assisting in coordinating and facilitating information; fostering interdepartmental relationships; performing research; analyzing data; producing weekly execution monitoring reports; budget management; and supporting the production and delivery of the 333 Quarterly Monitoring Report.This position is contingent on contract award.Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, LLC (WWC) is a small, woman-owned business providing management consulting services to US government agencies.At WWC, our employees are the embodiment of our success as a firm. Please send your request to WWC HR.RequirementsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. An active Secret security clearance. Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency with Excel to perform data evaluation, formulas, analytics and spreadsheets. Must be able to transfer presentation graphics from Excel into PowerPoint or Word. A minimum of three (3) years of work experience (sometime within the last five (5) years) related to an understanding of financial and program management is prerequisite of the position. General Skills required This position requires personnel with strong computer, analytical skills, and the ability to research and communicate effectively in writing. This position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff and Department of Defense (DoD) counterparts. Technical Skills required Knowledge and prior experience in financial management and project management. Understanding of budgeting and appropriations as it relates to program execution. Personnel must be able to foster a positive relationship with DoD Agencies, State Department, respective Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, Military Departments and in country Security Cooperation Officers. Preferred Qualifications Increased experience in related security cooperation areas and programs is a capability above threshold minimum requirements; such as BPC programs - military requirements and capability development, and Section 333. Increased experience in congressional correspondence, budget development, and/or process improvements is a capability above threshold minimum requirements. Increased computer skills is a capability above threshold minimum requirements; such as SharePoint, Access database, graphical arts, and media presentation.
