The Firm has approximately 350 total employees.What We NeedPanco Management is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Help Desk Technician is responsible for resolving day to day technical problems at our properties and our corporate offices.OUR EXPECTATIONSServe as first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email or in-personPreform different diagnostic techniques based on the problem and determine the best solutionUpgrade hardware as needed at the properties and corporate officesFollow-up with information/solutions to user requestsMaintain detailed logs of all help desk tickets and the corresponding solution/outcomePrepare documentation including procedures and guidelinesIdentify and recommend improvements on procedures and resolutionsInstall and configure network devices, desktops, laptops, cell phones, printers and copiersPrinter management for end user workstationsImage and deploy workstationsWork with IT department on ongoing and additional tasks to continuously improve the company's technology needsAdhere to company and department standard operating proceduresQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems is preferred1-3 years' experience in a help desk roleExperienced with the following: Windows Server 2008 & 2012, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Office 2013 and newerExperienced with corporate wireless LAN configuration and setupFamiliarity with desktop deploymentExcellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical usersStrong customer service skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple project deadlinesAbility to lift 30 lbsNOT REQUIRED BY FAMILIARITY IN THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUSScripting experience (Powershell, Batch, VB Script)Familiarity with SonicWall and Cisco firewalls, routers, and switchesDisaster Recovery routines and backup/restore proceduresWE OFFER THE FOLLOWING TO OUR FULL TIME EMPLOYEESMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription CoverageFlexible Spending Accounts4 Weeks Paid Parental Leave4 Weeks Paid Pregnancy LeavePaid Sick LeavePaid Vacation TimeCompany Paid HolidaysEmployer Match 401(k) Plan25% Off Rent DiscountLong Term Disability InsuranceShort Term Disability InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramGroup Legal PlanAt Panco Management, we are dedicated to growing and supporting a highly diverse team of professionals.
