Integrated Product Support Lead
Key Role:

Lead detailed analyses to ensure the integration of support consideration into the design process for major complex systems that encompass new and emerging technologies and complicated requirements. Maintain responsibility for highly complex components. Evaluate design concepts to determine if concepts satisfy support requirements and develop alternate support concepts, as required. Conduct engineering analysis on equipment design to determine the impact of inherent reliability and maintainability on system life cycle supportability. Perform the duties of a Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) manager, including entering and maintaining tactical system inventory. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with logistics engineering

-Experience with performing acquisition logistics management activities, including the development of acquisition logistics documentation and evaluation of the regulatory requirements to develop, field, and transition equipment

-Experience with documenting and presenting product support, strategies, and plans to product managers and key stakeholders both verbally and in writing

-Ability to p rovide technical assistance for the development of logistics product support strategies or product support packages and develop solutions to resolve issues involving the development and delivery of logistics products

-A bility to manage logistics actions, including Basis of Issue Plan ( BOIP) and the BOIP Feeder Data process, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), and managed equipment modification work orders (MWOs)

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Engineering
