Responsibilities

  • Issue bowling lanes and equipment (shoes, light weight balls, etc...) to customers at the bowling center.
  • Using Point of Sale (POS) checkout customers and take payment.
  • Answer phones and provide general information to customers about services offered at the bowing center.
  • Provide quality customer service to facility patrons.
  • Complete appropriate end of shift paper work.

  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • In accordance with Army Regulation 215-3, 2-15j, the incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation to determine suitability for this position and obtain a Common Access Card for access to federally-controlled facilities.
  • A one year probationary period may be required
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
  • Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Appointment is subject to successful completion and favorable results of fingerprints, health assessment (physical), and Installation Record Checks to determine suitability for this position.
  • Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift, carry, move up to 40 pounds to perform required job duties such as issuing equipment to customers, lifting bowling balls, and maneuvering/dragging bowling assist ramps, etc.
  • For the safety of the facilities patrons/employees, applicants should be 18 years of age or older due to the presence of alcohol being served within the facility and the possibility of exposure to hazardous work operations around bowling equipment.
