TechCentrics is searching for a self-starter to take ownership of Executive Support Team. Under the direction of the IT Director, the EST Lead will provide front line support to user's technical issues so staff can focus on the mission. Work location is Arlington VA and is Metro accessible.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain all aspects of the office technology environment including PC/laptop/tablet/phone configuration, deployment, maintenance and application managementWork directly with staff in identifying technical issues and providing rapid and effective response to their help desk requestsMaintain and keep current all security, anti-virus, anti-spam, whitelist, and WiFi for all usersProvide help desk support in a MS Office 365, Active Directory environmentEnsure data integrity, security and ease of access for on-site and remote users alikeAct as the first point of contact for all technical support issues for the entire staff and for all hardware and software applicationsPerform all add/move/change request for user accounts including network, VPN, email, phone and business applicationsPerform other duties as required
