Duties(IND 001-002) Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule On-board new employees to become fully integrated Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Minimum Qualifications Experience recruiting within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and calling passive candidates Prior HR experience, preferably in a direct recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator role internally within or in an external recruitment capacity BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline Experience working with and implementing an ATS Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers Experience recruiting for a professional services firm
