The Instructional Design Consultant (IDC) is responsible for defining and providing multi-media rich training solutions for multiple internal customers that include the analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of engaging, interactive, effective team member training programs. The IDC, in collaboration with the Clinical Education Team, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and leaders, will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training solutions and its impact on business results. The IDC will act as a project lead for course development projects and will be responsible for timelines, resources, costs, assessment of learning need, influencing and working with key stakeholders, multi-media asset creation, selecting appropriate course delivery methods, establishing and calculating metrics of success.

Qualifications

Education Level
Masters Level Degree in Instructional Design or other compatible degree

Experience
Knowledge of Google Applications and e learning tools, preferably Articulate

License
