Job Details

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, a national nonprofit religious organization located in N.E., D.C., has an opening in the Office of Information Technology for a Software Support Specialist.

This position provides Software upgrades, install and maintain Microsoft Office365, Outlook Email, SharePoint, Adobe Professional, and other related software for the personal computer users; coordinate already defined site security procedures support the data integrity, internal controls and security of the data integrity; and assist in I.T. budget preparation. Post information to and maintain users on all private USCCB web sites   Design and Update web content using HTML coding, Assistant to the Senior Systems Analyst (software). Work with System Analyst to maintain conference full Windows servers. Ability to solve personal computer software problems for P.C. users and support the various software.

                                           

Bachelor of Science Degree or a combination of work and college education. Major Field/Specialty: Computer science, information technology, business or related computer field. 4-5 years of related experience. Strong software knowledge. Experience in a client support position, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and time management skills. Must be able to travel.
