Job DescriptionPosition SummaryResponsible for responding to all inquires from customers and salespeople. Responsible for inputting customers- order into the mainframe and attending to all aspects of the customers- needs. This position also serves as a liaison between the customer, the warehouse and the sales department in order to ensure customer satisfaction.Essential Responsibilities1.Log into the ACD queue answering calls from Customers, Sales People and Vendors. a.Handle the following types of requests:i.Enter ordersii.Enter product return requestsiii.Track deliveriesiv.Research productsv.Track and research delivery issues vi.Identify and resolve pricing issues vii.Communicate with sales person any potential issues with account2.Handle specific tasks assigned my management, complete them within time frame communicated 3.Work with team members to assist with other responsibilities of the team when time allowsNOTE: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
