The selected candidate will be responsible for engineering solutions in the VMware Horizon/Workspace One environments at Freddie Mac. The selected candidate will be expected to collaborate across technical teams and work with business stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met. Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories Technical Design/Test/Manage VMware ESX/vCenter/Horizon/Workspace One components using Cloud Pod Architecture across multiple on-prem and pubic cloud locations in support of Workplace Engineering initiatives. Design/Test/Manage VxRail Hyper Converged Infrastructure across multiple sites. Design/Test/Manage vSAN across HCI environments. Design/Test/Manage VMware VDI solutions using Horizon, Linked Clone, Instant Clone, App Volumes, and RDSH Application Delivery methods. Design/Test/Manage User Personalization solutions across VDI environment using VMware User Environment Manager. Design/Test/Manage VMware Workspace One integration with Horizon. Have a working knowledge and understanding of the following ancillary services supporting the VDI platforms, Active Directory Federation services, vIDM, TFIM, TLS Encryption, F5 Load Balancing.
