POSITION: General Manager Full time General Manager will oversee day to day studio operations, staff and membership sales. REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience Comfortable with and proficient at closing membership sales . Confident in training Sales Reps in the sales process including closing deals . Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training . Excellent communication and customer service skills on the telephone, via email and face to face. . Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner . Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement. . An affinity and passion for fitness. . Solid writing and grammar skills. . Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. . Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. . Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information. . Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. . Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite and ability to learn studio software. DUTIES . Lead generation including grass root marketing, networking, social media and business development efforts. . Implement sales process, close sales and manage staff sales process . Hire and supervise Sales Representatives and Instructors . Manage staff schedules and staffing duties . Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts . Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible . Provide timely reports to owner . Independently make decisions related to high level customer service . Collect out-standing dues . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio . Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures . Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: . This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance. .
