Title: Site superintendentReports to: Project Manager I. Primary Function/General Purpose Assists the Project manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction and financial outcome of their assigned construction project. They work with the Project Manager to coordinate all subcontractor work, subcontractor management, site safety, job cleanliness, subcontractor scheduling, and overall day to day operation of the jobsite. II. Experience with Procore a plusDemonstrate thorough knowledge of the Contract, Subcontracts, and Drawings and SpecificationsDemonstrate full control of the project schedule, including producing fully developed 2-week look ahead schedulesComply with all OSHA safety regulations as well as complete weekly safety audits and inspections of the siteTo receive and review the Subcontractors Daily Reports of work done and labor and material employed. As well as completing a detailed project daily report.To control all time and material work vouchers and invoices and control subcontractor change orders.
