Position Summary:ASAP is looking for a high energy, attention to detail Case Manager to provide administrative support to ASAP Substance Abuse Provider network evaluators nationwide and provide support to individuals in the evaluation and return to duty process. The position will be responsible for scheduling substance evaluation appointments, provide comprehensive compliance management and coordinate all documentation. Schedule and document follow-up appointments, testing and continuing care. Case Manager and coordination of national SAP services is largely administrative and telephonic. Essential functions:Provide Case Management services by working with individual, employers locally and nationwide via telephone, secure e-mail and fax. Coordinate substance abuse evaluations for individuals with local SAP, working closely with ASAP provider relations team to ensure timely services. Collaborate with internal and external clients.Assist employee in getting connected to appropriate treatment as recommended and assist evaluator to monitor progress. Schedule follow-up appointment at the request of the local evaluator and coordinate needed testing and conferences related to return to work.Provide consultation on DOT rules and regulations to TPA, EAPs, employer and employees as needed. Provide utilization reporting as requested.Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with ASAP clients. Coordinate and monitor follow-up drug and alcohol testing and continuing care as recommended by the evaluator. Maintain up-to-date records for all cases, including test results, progress reports and HIPAA compliant release of information form. Multi-task typing and talking when communicating with clients. Respond to all requests for SAP case needs and update all SAP case files. Act as a resource for ASAP evaluators throughout the evaluation process, being available to review DOT rules or company policy as appropriate, provide information regarding written reports and investigate treatment resources as requested.Review cases for clinical integrity and assist evaluators with obtaining collateral information or resources. Education and Work Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business administration or human service related field, preferred.Administrative support skills and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Exceptional attention to detail.Superior problem solving and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.Team player.
