Leasing ManagerWaterton is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Leasing Manager! As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee and motivate a team of leasing professionals. You will lead all activities associated with selling and renewing residential apartment leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents, touring the property and following up with prospective residents, and preparing lease packages. You will set monthly goals for the leasing team and ensure team has the necessary tools and guidance to achieve results. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:Passion for providing exceptional customer service1+ years' experience as a leasing specialist2+ years' experience in sales, customer relations, and/or marketingDemonstrated leadership experience in sales and marketingHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license may be requiredEvenings, weekends and/or holidays may be requiredMust have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state lawWaterton is a real estate investor and property management company with a focus on US multifamily apartments and hospitality properties.
