The Controller reports directly to the CEO and will work with additional leadership on a daily basis.Job DutiesPrepare income, balance and cash flow statements.Work with Auditors to develop tax returns.Monitor cash balances in ISN corporate bank accounts.Inquire about receipts or payments not easily recognized.Ensure proper and timely submission of contract invoices per applicable contract award documents.Review procedures and internal controls.Develop and improve detailed methods and procedures for the accounting department.Continuously ensure all guidelines are followed in segregation of direct and indirect costs to be in compliance with DCAA audit review procedures.Assist with external parties to have the accounting department audited on as needed basis.
