Position Summary Responsible for responding to all inquires from customers and salespeople. Responsible for inputting customers- order into the mainframe and attending to all aspects of the customers- needs. This position also serves as a liaison between the customer, the warehouse and the sales department in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities 1. Log into the ACD queue answering calls from Customers, Sales People and Vendors. a. Handle the following types of requests: i. Enter orders ii. Enter product return requests iii. Track deliveries iv. Research products v. Track and research delivery issues vi. Identify and resolve pricing issues vii. Communicate with sales person any potential issues with account 2. Handle specific tasks assigned my management, complete them within time frame communicated 3. At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment) 2. Must have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel 3. High school diploma.
