SUMMARY As the Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you will acts as a daily liaison for the daily tactical execution between UA cross functional teams focusing on outbound logistics and transport. Effectively oversee and identify procedures that reduce cost, improve internal & external customer experience, and improve overall efficiency within the outbound functions. Specifically focusing on the outbound Wholesale and Team Sports channel. Develop and maintain effective daily relationships with internal and external partners to ensure daily tactical execution takes places between UA and its partners (Customer Service, Information Technology, Distribution House Teams, Logistics & Transport Partners, etc.) focusing on functions that specifically involve OB Transportation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES May include, but are not limited to, the following: Effectively communicate daily with DH Teams, Customer Service, IT, Business Partners by providing updates focusing all outbound transportation for all business units. Develop lines of daily communication giving internal and external partners information concerning the different business units (Retail, E-commerce, and Customization Channel). Develop and maintain reporting that clearly communicate performance against KPI's. Complete weekly dashboard outlining metrics for the retail and e-commerce channels. Clearly communicate reports to cross functional teams on performance metrics focusing on the DTC Channel. Maintain and oversee external partners reporting processes and methods against UA expectations. Identify and lead projects that implement procedures that reduce cost, transit time, complexities, and improve overall supply chain efficiencies. Lead the planning and execution of Holiday Peak Planning, Collegiate On-Field Process, New Store Openings, and Carrier Projects. Measure and track financially metrics associated with the outbound functions that encompass the wholesale business channels. Maintain financial reporting on specific cost that is drilled down to the carton level. Able to communicate and track financial savings and any inaccurate results by developing trackers. Clearly able to hold internal and external partners financial metrics. OTHER DUTIES May include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to effectively communicate and work with cross functional partners. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment Ability & experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals Travel may be a requirement; expect under 10% QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE/CRITICAL SKILLS Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of transportation or logistics related experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Proficient in Data Analytics SAP knowledge a plus WM (Manhattan) knowledge a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills WORK ENVIRONMENT The essential functions of the job are usually performed indoors and may rarely be performed outdoors, including during both hot and cold weather. Work performed will be near or involving moving mechanical equipment. Work may be performed at heights of up to 50 feet.
