Job Overview:As an Omni Sales Floor Lead, you will beresponsible for driving a selling and service culture that championsOmni-channel strategies and supports our My Macy's initiatives throughpartnership with colleagues. You will collaborate with the store team todeliver results in a friction free shopping environment and through Omniactivities. Perform other duties as assigned.Macy's uses ascheduling plan that allows our associates to participate in the creation oftheir work schedules by managing availability and identifying preferences.Additionally, during key events and peak selling times, Macy's may offeradditional shifts to our associates, which they maypick up using theself-scheduling tool. Details on Macy's schedule options are availableduring the interview process.EssentialFunctions: Oversee all fulfillment and in store pickupfunctions to ensure tasks are expedited and completed Participate in Omni Checkpoints to discuss &resolve the status of open aged orders and daily processes Process shippable returns and abandoned in storepickup orders Provide single voice to Ops/AP Manager,Receiving Team Manager, Merchandise Team Manager and My Shop Managers regardingdaily activity Ensure that all fulfillment selling/Omnicoverage shifts are filled and assist in training of new colleagues as needed Utilize daily fulfillment workload planner to ensureadequate scheduling and flex resources as needed Monitor dashboard/alerts to ensure timelycompletion of BOPS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) process Utilize reporting to ensure achievement of dailymetrics (fill rate, Speed to Ship, BOPS Ready On Time, etc.) Provide an exceptional customer experience byensuring the customer is always the priority Participating in other support functions asneeded Assist and satisfy the needs of our in store andonline customer Be proficient in SP Manager, myShip, handhelddevices, POS and MPOS systems including Search and Send and BOPS Ensure all procedures, policies, and standardsare understood and followed by colleagues Monitor resources and flex based on customertraffic patterns Perform all functions in an efficient manner, asdirected by the People Leader Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Qualifications:Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year of experience in a salesrelated role required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. CommunicationSkills: Ability to effectively communicate and presentinformation to customers, peers and all levels of management. MathematicalSkills: Basic math functions such as addition,subtraction and calculating percentages coupled with ability to use mobiledevices ReasoningAbility: Self-starter, able to work independently and aspart of a team and must have good time management skills. Demonstrates ability to build relationships andconvert customers into a client. PhysicalDemands: This position involves constant moving andstanding. Involves standing a minimum of two consecutivehours. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. May occasionally be involve stooping, kneeling,crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Other Skills: Ability to follow through on projects in atimely manner. Should be comfortable with the use of computers,mobile technology, and frequent use of RF equipment. Work Hours: Flexible with scheduling and available to workretail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.This job description is not all inclusive.
