Reset/Remodel - Merchandising Crew Coordinator Starting Wage: $15.00 to $17.00/hour RGIS currently has full time positions open for experienced Merchandising Crew Coordinators to supervise and execute large remodel and reset projects at various retailers. These projects involve dismantling, assembly and placement of retail fixtures, adjustment of shelves and arrangement and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with CAD drawings and plan-o-grams. In this position you will be responsible for enforcing safety standards, managing the entire store remodeling project, supervising a team of Retail Merchandisers ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget. Selected employees must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include night shifts or extended days of travel (typically 1-10 weeks in market) for the duration of each project. Each project requires the willingness to travel to various store locations and requires overnight stays for the duration of the project. Travel could be significant - up to 100% of the job. Job Requirements Previous experience in supervising and managing entire store reset/remodel crews adhering to project timelines, Strong people and team management skills Ability to rapidly and effectively train employees who will move from store to store Experience in reading from CAD drawings and plan-o-grams with the ability to make project decisions/changes from the drawings Ability to inspect all work completed by contractors, and team members Ability to communicate with Store Managers, contractors and crew members through entire reset project Excellent organizational skills and proven problem solving and decision making skills Experience working with hand tools and small electric tools for use in fixture assembly preferred Must be able to meet physical requirements, frequent standing and walking in a retail construction environment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Successful completion of Motor Vehicle Record Check Qualifications Lead Manager responsible for large scale remodeling projects, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget Supervise and direct work flow of a crew of 5 - 20 + team members Make project decisions as required Comply with timely completion of all required paperwork, internal and client specific Ensure team members comply with all safety requirements We Provide Salary and benefits package upon successful completion of training program and successful certification. Paid training RGIS covered travel expenses including meal allowance provided for overnight trips
