The contractor shall:Serve as a program analyst and provide assistance in policy analysis, program oversight, evaluation activities, strategic planning and administrative coordination. Provide administrative support for outreach and initiatives to enhance the impact of the NIA small business programs including meeting planning support and identification, such as booking conference rooms, sending meeting invites, drafting agenda items, and developing/updating the SharePoint outreach calendar.Utilize qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in analyzing, evaluating, and improving the effectiveness of small business programs and initiatives.Work with staff on the tracking of budget expenditures and accounting.Perform data collection and data analysis to support the small business programs.Develop reports of NIA small business awards including details on mechanism, technology type, disease indication and budgetary impact.Provide support for the development of funding lists and provide real-time tracking of applications, awards and expenditures.Utilize federal and third-party databases to track the impact of the NIA small business programs including the tracking of small business awardees.Update the NIA Small Business google inbox with google alerts on recent awardees; monitor the inbox weekly to track potential success stories.Provide staff support for the Office of Small Business Research including the development and review of relevant legislative, regulatory, and budgetary reports or proposals.Research, develop, and implement proposals for automated systems and software that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.Develop and distribute summaries and action item lists from meetings of the Office of Small Business Research and the NIA SBIR Working Group.Provide general administrative support for the Office of Small Business Research (OSBR) including the coordination and scheduling of meetings, webinars, and teleconferences.Coordinate and track completion of action items relevant to NIA small business programs.Monitor the NIA Small Business inbox, connecting potential awardees to the appropriate POCs. REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.Strong communications skills, both oral and written.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
