The Clinical Coordinator as the assistant to the Department Director performs a dual role - clinical and administrative. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit and hospital standards. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative decisions on the unit during the absence of the Nursing Director. Qualifications Education: Associates Degree required, BSN preferred License/Certifications: Licensed or eligible licensure in the State of Virginia as a Registered Nurse (required) American Heart Association for Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Experience: At least 2-3 working in a surgical unit Past charge nurse experience (preferred) by Jobble
