Job SummaryMemberSuite, a Portfolio Company of Arrowroot Capital, is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. MemberSuite Sales Engineer's utilize their technical and project management skills to become SME's in the MemberSuite product, while leading demo's featuring deep dives into product features with clients.Responsibilities And DutiesPartner with MemberSuite's Sales team to pursue new business opportunities and support all aspects and phases of the MemberSuite sales process.Properly scope and define evaluation goals and propose solutions that meet the client's needs.Evangelize and demonstrate MemberSuite products via presentations and product demos.Respond to technical objections and create competitive differentiation.Lead prospects through successful evaluation of MemberSuite products and services.Educate on operational and organizational aspects of solution, support RFP's and SOW's as needed.Document evaluation progress and results in SFDCLiaison between the sales team and the MemberSuite Support, Product Management, and Engineering teams, ensuring prompt and smooth escalation of issues, feature requests, etc.QualificationsMinimum of 2+ yrs Sales Engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role in an enterprise software environment. Experience in the AMS space is highly preferred.Experience selling to Associations/Non-Profit organizations is preferred.Hands-on software demonstration experience with an AMS or related product is highly desirable.
