Job Summary/Company: Our client, a prominent mental health association in Washington, D.C., is seeking a motivated Licensing and Subsidiary Rights Manager to support research functions and manage relationships with partners. Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with partner organizations and clients by providing thorough responses to research requests and disseminating information about internal association processes
  • Take ownership of a department-specific email inbox
  • Perform basic (Google) research in response to email inquiries
  • Support data entry functions in an internal system and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to filter requests to the correct coordinators
  • Strong written and verbal skills
