:The Reporting Analyst Senior will be a strong influencer to our program by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. The role requires excellent analytical and technical skills, in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data and information integrity.

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:


  • Gather, document, and report from teams across various divisions
  • Present reports, analysis, metrics, data sources, alternative data sorts or recommendations to management

Process Improvements
  • Assist in process improvements and establish procedures that positively impact overall operations
  • Have strong technical and non-technical influencing abilities


  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7+ years of related work experience
  • Proven experience in producing quality senior management level reports
  • Collaborated with client stakeholders and project leaders to understand change adoption risks, develop change risk mitigation tactics, execute change enablement plans and set expectations on tasks for which you will be responsible
  • Strong understanding of aggregated reporting, analytics, and visualization
  • Solid experience in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel (to include pivot tables, macros, graphs, charts, etc.), and SharePoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, effectively explain complex information and document according to standards
  • Desired experience performing data analysis and visualization using Tableau or a similar tool, Access, and SQL
  • Familiarity with people analytics, HR reporting, workforce management, or network analysis
  • Experience in project planning or project management
  • Experience with change management or culture change initiatives
