The IRI Human Resources team is looking for a collaborative professional to serve as a HR Coordinator on our team. This individual will proactively support the day-to-day activities of our dynamic Human Resources team as we serve a worldwide staff seeking to advance democracy throughout the world. Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology or any related field or professional equivalent related professional experience.* Minimum of 1-3 years' HR experience working in a mid-sized organization.* Foundational understanding of human resources policies and practices.* A customer service orientation with an ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously along with excellent organizational skills.* Strong team player who will demonstrates initiative and judgement when engaging colleagues.* Experience and proficiency in HRIS & MS Office Suite. Advanced MS Excel experience desired.* Strong attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast paced environment.* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.* Project management background and familiarity with HR related software (Ultipro experience preferred). Primary Functions & Responsibilities * Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.* Provide support and management of IRI's new hire orientation and onboarding process.* Provide support for IRI's performance development processes including assistance with training registration, providing regular input for training needs and coordinating logistics for internal and external training.* Assists with posting job openings on a variety of external job boards.* Partners with HR Manager on a wide variety of reporting needs from UltiPro HRIS system.* Completes miscellaneous projects assigned by the Director of Global HR & Administration.* Performs other duties as assigned.
