Government Property Administrator
Key Role:

Assists government procurement agencies to define requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualify vendors. Apply comprehensive knowledge of the defense acquisition process to support c us tomers in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process, policy , and procedures. Create innovative strategies for deploying and implementing new acquisition policy initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of implementation. Utilize quantitative analytical te chn iques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction and mitigation approaches for improving acquisition and program planning, control, and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with government property administration

-3+ years of experience with property management sof tware, including RedBeam or Wasp

-Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in a Linux environment

-Experience with SQL

-Ability to learn new skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
