Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Vice President of Operations serves as a member of the health plan's senior leadership team. The Vice President of Operations directs, plans, coordinates, monitor and controls the operations activities of the health plan. The Vice President provides leadership, strategic direction and improvement of the business systems and related technology used in the delivery of the health plan's managed care products. As new managed care products are developed, the Vice President is responsible for developing and executing the service operations required to support growth and retention of this new business.
