Workday HRIS Analyst
Key Role:

P lay a key role in the day-to-day operational support for the HR, Recruiting, Comp, and Performance functions in Workday. Drive key enhancements and special projects in the human capital management (HCM) area by applying project management fundamentals, analytical capabilities, and process knowledge of Workday HCM. Serve as a Workday configuration resource, including driving the successful implementation of new reports, functionality, and processes within project timelines and identifying solutions and options to best support business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment . Become responsible for the documentation of business and technical requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end process management. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) resources by adding and augmenting test scenarios to successfully test solutions, implement and monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support. Provide day-day client support and issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with HCM systems

-3+ years of experience with project management

-1+ years of experience with system and business process configuration in Workday HCM

-1+ years of experience with Workday report development

-Experience with Excel

-Knowledge of process development

-Knowledge of HR processes

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Workday security concepts

-Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, be a self-starter, work well under pressure and with changing priorities, and manage own time effectively

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent consultative, analytical, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
