Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Enjoy a Work/Life Balance. Mon-Fri schedule
  • Ability to multitask using research skills while simultaneously providing friendly, efficient customer service
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong service skills
  • MS Office computer proficiency is required
