SAMBA is seeking to fill a position in its customer service department.
Customer Service Position – The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and prior experience answering written and telephonic inquiries from health plan members, doctors and hospitals. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required. Prior call center experience as a health plan customer service representative is mandatory.
