Job Summary/Company:

If you have previous office, retail or restaurant experience and/or excellent communication skills that will easily transition into an office environment, then apply now and CALL today! Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from "business to business" clients with questions relating to their account/invoicing
  • Professionally maintain and update client accounts
  • Responsible for completing administrative and invoice related documentation
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment in which the ability to make independent decisions is highly valued

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of related customer service whether face to face or in an office setting
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MSOffice
