Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group is seeking a self-motivated Human Resources Operations Analyst who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. We have partnered with a Mortgage/Financial Asset organization in Washington, D.C. that is hiring an HR Operation Analyst with strong communication skills to support the coordination of all aspects of candidate interviews as well as many other administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support during the pre-hire portion of the candidate lifecycle
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, including events, travel coordination, and escorting of on-site candidates
  • Performs HRIS data entry for new hires, terminations, and personnel changes
  • Supports Company and HR initiatives by assembling data and developing reports for key metrics
  • Generates weekly audit reports, resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of data in real-time Manage the candidate status throughout pre-hire process
  • Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with firm processes and government regulations
  • assists in developing methods of process flow improvement
  • Coordinate offer letter submission and processing
  • Performs related duties as required

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • 4 years of HR operations experience required. Previous experience in a mortgage/finance environment preferred
  • Proficiency in use of databases, spreadsheets, and the MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills required
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving and employee relations abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
