Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the acceptance of Special Needs Trusts and overseeing their administration. In addition, the Executive Director, supported by the Clinical Director and the Business Manager, is responsible for assuring the delivery of high quality services, the maintenance of financial integrity, the long-term viability of the organization, and overseeing the day to day operations of the non-profit organization.  Bachelor's degree required. Expertise in the areas of trust administration, fiduciary law, estate and wealth transfer planning.  Also the ideal candidate should be able to communicate empathetically with disabled clients and their families, along with being motivational and organized.
