Current Maryland State nursing license

Current BLS; ACLS if required in clinical area of focus

BSN required; MSN preferred

Five years' experience in clinical specialty area

Certification in clinical specialty area or in nursing professional development preferred

Systematically develops criteria for and evaluates the effectiveness of nursing practice and organizational systems, develops and implements initiatives to improve quality of care and service, provides relevant education to nurses, maintains and enhances clinical competence, fosters a positive outlook on lifelong learning, directs the development of educational activities and planning programs that increase breadth and depth of nurses' knowledge
