Coordinator, Aircraft Displays
NBAA is seeking a Coordinator, Aircraft Displays to assist with the preparation and management of aircraft displays at the association’s conventions and regional forums. This position will work closely with exhibitors to ensure an exemplary show experience, traveling up to six weeks each year to help coordinate the onsite activities at each event.

NBAA seeks customer-focused candidates with at least two years of administrative experience in a fast-paced working environment. This position requires superior interpersonal skills, excellent communication ability and demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a team environment. Preferred candidates will have two years’ experience in convention support, familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting programs, and strong knowledge of general aviation aircraft.
NBAA is looking for a highly organized, solutions-driven individual who can effectively work with a variety of internal and external customers to quickly solve problems under time constraints.
