The marketing communications coordinator supports the creation and implementation of communications that effectively describe and promote the programs and services of EPIC Pharmacies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The position will work closely with its supervisor and colleagues to assist in internal and external communications. The position reports to the web community manager at EPIC Pharmacies to assist in managing branding, communications strategy, and material creation. Assist in creating, implementing, and evaluating integrated communications for all companies based on company goals, objectives, and target markets.Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and coordinated relationships with cross-functional business partners and staff members.Work with supervisor to develop and implement new online content, including blogs and digital magazines.Coordinate the development and maintenance of a marketing/communications library.Creates print and electronic collateral, including brochures, emails, and annual meeting materials.Create marketing materials and assist in campaign implementation and evaluation to drive awareness, acquisition, and customer retention.Maintain the EPIC Pharmacies Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, and all future social media outlets.Create and maintain content for organization's Web presence using a content management software.Respond to user feedback and comments received through various online communities.Monitor the performance of various communities, using tools such as Google Analytics, and interpret the data to help drive continuous improvement.Assist with the daily operations of the marketing department to ensure smooth and efficient completion of projects and priorities.Prepare and distribute materials for monthly board meetings in a timely manner.Provide regular feedback to supervisor about community performance.Other responsibility as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline.Minimum of 2-3 years of communications experience.Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with online social media communities such as Facebook and Twitter.Experience writing marketing copy across multiple mediums, including Web, direct mail, email, etc.Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.Possess relevant experience with consumer-facing technology, website/platforms, and email marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to think and work independent of direct supervision. Preferred Skills Experience with Constant Contact, MailChimp or other email marketing services a plus.Strong background in editing and proofreading and familiarity with Associated Press Stylebook.Intermediate content management system (CMS) skills.Understanding of marketing and communications principles and techniques.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance401K
