We are a fast-paced, casual Italian restaurant in Arlington, VA looking for an Assistant Manager for our new location at 1621 S. Walter Reed, Arlington, VA. We make our delicious food with care to provide an authentic menu for our customers. We offer training to provide the tools needed for success combined with hands-on training on our manager functions. Job Specifications:* Maintain quality standards and consistency of all food* Oversees restaurant's daily operations * Works as a member of the line staff as business demands * Performs daily accounting functions* Participates in product ordering, receiving and inventory * Participates in maintenance of all equipment and facility upkeep and repair* Hires, trains, schedules, and manages employees * Communication with management team* Planning and execution of marketing activities with management approval.
