As such you will be responsible for assisting with all of the day to accounting which includes both bank and GL reconciliations, month end & year end closing, financial statement preparation, and grants administration. You will regularly liaise with program managers in ensuring grants compliance while also highlighting/communicating variances of the annual budget to the Controller and the Executive Director. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and comfortable with creating ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.
