This is a mix of SEC Reporting and Corporate Accounting. The SEC Accountant. The SEC reporting responsibilities will include; - Assisting in the preparation of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy Statement and Annual Report, including preparing or reviewing all disclosure schedules and reports for compliance with SEC and FASB rules and regulations - Preparation of required Section 16 reports (Forms 3, 4, 5) and Form 144 for the reporting of Executive Officer and Director stock transactions, - Assisting with research and the implementation of new, pending and existing SEC regulations and FASB pronouncements and interpretations on a Company wide basis, and continuously monitoring industry developments with respect to new FASB pronouncements and SEC regulations for potential application relative to NVR. Corporate accounting responsibilities will include; - Preparation of the company consolidation each month, - Financial reporting for the retirement plans, - Assist in preparation of all financial reporting requirements of company subsidiaries, - Special projects like supporting the company's outside CPAs in connection with annual audits and corporate reviews.
