GDIT is seeking a Bioanalytical Associate to support the mission of the Experimental Therapeutics (ET) Branch of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). The mission of the WRAIR Branch of Experimental Therapeutics is to discover and develop new pharmaceutical agents to protect military members from death, disease, and injury. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of HPLC and experience with metabolism related studies. Will perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of mass spectrometry equipment.Generate reports and summaries for presentations and manage data spreadsheets.Request supplies and materiel as needed to perform general laboratory maintenance. Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. 3-5 years of related scientific experience.Working knowledge of HPLC analysis and handling biological samples.Experience with MS Office for generating reports and summaries for presentations and managing data spreadsheets.For more than 50 years, General Dynamics Information Technology has served as a trusted provider of information technology, systems engineering, training and professional services to customers across federal, state, and local governments, and in the commercial sector.
