LMP Operational Support
The Army Shared Services Center (Army SSC) has a requirement to provide capability support services to the Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) logistics and financialsystems. Capability support includes system sustainment, sustainment modernization, and enhancement activities such as system design, development, testing, anddeployment. Specific tasks include functional analysis, help desk, cybersecurity, qualityassurance, configuration management, database administration, portal and support toolmanagement, SAP BASIS support, technical services, interface/middleware maintenance,and system monitoring. The performance objective is to achieve Army operationalefficiencies, cost savings, and improved readiness and capability support through aconsolidated enterprise services model. This effort requires an innovative andcollaborative approach among the Contractor, Army SSC, the ERP System Product Managers, and their Army Material Command (AMC) Customers.General Dynamics Information technology is currently recruiting LMP Operational Support professionals to join our team. Available positions include: -Operations Center Administration -Equipment Coordinator -Building Custodian -Physical Security Specialist. Qualified candidates will perform the following types of duties: Executes planned activities to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality objectives. Coordinates project work packages and supports studies as required by management. Performs analysis, development, and submission of deliverables and recurring reports. Responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit including collection of progress data and information.General Qualifications:* Minimum IT Level 3 or Interim Secret Clearance to obtain a CAC* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Suite of products to include Excel, Access, Word and Outlook* Able to assist in the Onboarding or Off-boarding of resources as needed* Submit & track service orders for DPW, HVAC & Energy Systems (work orders/Service Desk)* Experience in drafting presentations/correspondence for Leadership review* Experience with scheduling conference rooms and maintaining and assigning conference numbers* Experience with creation and maintenance of organization charts * Experience on a prior government contract and equipment would be a plus.* Physical Security Specialist will require experience in physical security, personnel security, safety, foreign travel, and familiary with Army regulations, systems, and procedures.* Able to work amicably and effectively with subject matter experts and other technical personnel to resolve scheduling conflicts and effectively research and resolve data conflicts.* Able to coordinate with team leads and/or technical and functional experts to ensure key milestones and dependencies are properly identified and specified.* Able to work efficiently within deadlines to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports including schedule variances are provided within the timeframe needed.* Able to efficiently work independently and in a team as the situation requires.* US Citizenship requiredSpecific Qualifications dependent on exact position being sought For more than 50 years, General Dynamics Information Technology has served as a trusted provider of information technology, systems engineering, training, and professional services to customers across federal, state, and local governments, and in the commercial sector.
