The Army Shared Services Center (Army SSC) has a requirement to provide capability support services to the Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) logistics and financialsystems. Capability support includes system sustainment, sustainment modernization, and enhancement activities such as system design, development, testing, anddeployment. Specific tasks include functional analysis, help desk, cybersecurity, qualityassurance, configuration management, database administration, portal and support toolmanagement, SAP BASIS support, technical services, interface/middleware maintenance,and system monitoring. The performance objective is to achieve Army operationalefficiencies, cost savings, and improved readiness and capability support through aconsolidated enterprise services model. This effort requires an innovative andcollaborative approach among the Contractor, Army SSC, the ERP System Product Managers, and their Army Material Command (AMC) Customers.General Dynamics Information technology is currently recruiting LMP Operational Support professionals to join our team. Available positions include: -Operations Center Administration -Equipment Coordinator -Building Custodian -Physical Security Specialist. Qualified candidates will perform the following types of duties: Executes planned activities to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality objectives. Coordinates project work packages and supports studies as required by management. Performs analysis, development, and submission of deliverables and recurring reports.
