- Work with the Network/Systems/Applications teams and SolarWinds Support to troubleshoot and understand system faults and application performance issues.- Develop, support and manage complex reports.- Interface with appropriate personnel to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.- Oversee the daily SolarWinds execution and maintain an expert view of the current SolarWinds state of operations.- Develop sound solutions to Tier 3-4 complex problems, produce system level reports, report status to Senior level Management.- Resolves SolarWinds highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation Design Custom Properties solution for granular monitoring, alerting, and reporting.- Design Groups and Dependencies to streamline monitoring and alerting.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience is required. Two years of additional years of related experience, training, and/or certifications accepted in lieu of a degree.- Currently possess a DoD Secret security clearance.- Proven user experience working with SolarWinds.* Experience maintaining the integrity and security of servers and systems. * Experienced in applying application and security patches to servers.* Knowledge of Power Shell, San Storage, SQL is a plus.
