IAI is seeking a highly motivated electrical engineer with experience in field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) firmware and hardware design for real-time signal processing. Required Skills Experience with transferring system level design of communication or radar systems to HDL code Implementing signal processing algorithms written in MATLAB, C/C++, or Java Background in signal processing theory Knowledgeable with using high speed ADC/DAC in excess of 500 Ms/s and data acquisition with tight timing requirements Experience in working with high speed (10 Gbps and higher) FPGA transceivers Debugging prototype FPGA hardware using software design tools and lab instruments Authoring system requirements, design documents, and technical reports Preferred Skills Experience with implementing communications or radar algorithms Conducting board-level digital/analog/RF/power circuit design, generating schematics Supporting advanced prototyping and product development and selecting sub-system components Education BS, MS or PhD. in Electrical Engineering (or a related field) About IAI Intelligent Automation, Inc.
