Business Process Improvement Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Analyst with our industry-leading client in Towson. We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. Responsibilities of the Business Process Improvement Analyst: Evaluate, develop, document, and manage business processes for proper software usage/license inventory management Evaluate, recommend and assist with implementing new asset management processes and tools Support the life cycle of software asset management Analyze and reconcile software asset inventories and entitlements against usage and deployment data Lead true-up processes Confirm license compliance for assigned software Assists with software procurement Requirements of the Business Process Improvement Analyst: 5 years of software asset management related work experience 2 years of experience working with Service Now Software Asset Management Working knowledge of Oracle, IBM, Microsoft products and licensing Inventory management of software assets Strong analytical skills Excel functionality and data manipulation Knowledge of scanning tools Knowledge or reconciling software licenses against installed instances Experience managing software assets throughout the life cycle in the Service Now Software Asset Management module Keywords: Business Process Improvement Analyst, ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Job ID: 322230 About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
