The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics: Ability to interact with clients on a variety ofA' levels offeringA' solutions to business requirements using current technologies Knowledge in various technologies such as: Microsoft Dynamics CRM SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) Scribe Dashboards SQL Server technologies Microsoft Office Integration Scribe Integration Proficiency in writing statement-of-work and scope documents Confidence in mentoring and/or coaching to team members and sharing knowledge amongst them Ability to communicate with our technical services team to ensure that each projectA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s technical requirements are met Strong Project Management and organizational skills Ability to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desire to learn, be challenged, and expand skillsets Ability to work in a team and individually Experience working on implementation projects Understating of database schemas Transaction SQL experience (T-SQL) Job Requirements: BachelorA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2 yearsA$ cents A' €A' (TM) experience in working with CRM solutions One-year experience with Dynamics CRM considered a plus Certifications in various solutions is a plus but not required
